パスパルの講師陣には、自分自身が人のために役立つ人になりたい、自己を成長させていきたいと思う本当の意味の向上心のある人であって欲しいと思っています。そして教えることとは人に与えることによってそれらが、自分に全てかえってくることを理解してほしいと願っています。教師は、生徒に教えるだけでなく、自分自身も右脳育成をし、グローバルな視野に立って成長していける人でなくてはならないのです。
子供達が好きな仕事に就けて、 それを幸せに思ってくれたらそれが私たちの成功です。 では、よい教師をどこで判断できるのでしょうか？教師として自分が正しいかどうかは、生徒を見れば分かります。生徒が全部答えをくれるんです。子供たちが福沢諭吉の言ったように「好きなことを仕事にできること、それが人間にとって最高の幸福」そのように思ってくれたらそれが私たちの成功だと思っています。実際、4才からずっとここに通っていた生徒が、今23才になっているんですが、彼は小さい頃からずっと電気に興味を持っていて、私はその夢を見守り続けました。今は憧れの電気技師になりました。彼は夢を現実にしました。このように教え子たちが後に「あの先生にこんなことを言ってもらえたから、今こうしていられるなあ」と思ってもらえること。それが教師として一番嬉しいことですね。
能力や個性を伸ばしていく右脳育成がの姿勢が、 今後ますます時代に相応したものになっていくはず・・・
パスパルの右脳育成は長年かかって徐々に認められてきました。自分自身で考えることを大切にする右脳育成。能力や個性を伸ばしていく姿勢が、今後ますます時代に相応したものになってくるはずです。これからは、今まで行ってきた教育をさらに本物にしていきたいと思っています。そして私たちが子供たちに与えてあげられるものは何なのかを考えていきたいと・・。 私はこれまで現場で実際に3,000人の生徒たちを教え続け、受験時期には生徒たちと寝食を共にした日々を過ごしてきました。そんな中、変わらず貫いてきたのは、自分の意志を持ち、人の気持ちが解る強くて優しい子供達を育てることでした。それはこれからも変わることなく、さらにもっと広く皆さんに理解していただきたいと思っています。そして、このパスパルで育った生徒たちが将来、再び笑顔でパスパルを訪れ、後輩たちへアドバイスをしてくれることを楽しみにしています｡

| Baby | Baby classes are an exciting and entertaining experience ( for students, parents and teachers alike! ) into expanding the child's young mind through concentrating on right-brain learning techniques. |
| ERB&ECG | English Right Brain & English Conversation Grammar classes for students aged 3-6 and 7-12 employs some of the most dynamic and interesting forms of teaching techniques which have been researched, developed and refined by the worlds top educational minds. A highly energetic and entertaining form of teaching! |
| Basic | Basic English classes are some of the most rewarding to teach. The students ( ages in separate classes ranging from elementary, to adult ) initial English levels are quite low, but fueled by their own desires to become fluent in English they rapidly develop large vocabularies and conversational skills. |
| Inter. | Intermediate English classes concentrate more on the students listening and speaking abilities with reference to many British and American English colloquialisms. Throughout the course of their study the students are able to constantly practice their skills to better develop their English fluency. |
| Adv. | Advanced English classes are for extremely high level students with a near native speaker grasp of the English language. These classes are designed to keep the students fluent in their abilities and at the same time expand their vocabularyes and confidence. |
| PEC | Mirai has exclusively designed several computing courses
for young and older users alike. Exposure to computers at an early
age is extremely beneficial for the young user, as a child can quickly
master technology that older people find intimidating. Nonetheless, regardless of an older users age or ability, MIRAI has a course that caters to the wants and needs of everyone. From word processor & office software proficiency, creating home pages, graphic design and even networking fundamentals and advanced programming. Mirai covers all aspects. |
| Other | Mirai also offers several others styles of courses ranging from Travel & Business to Private courses where the material is tailor made to suit the needs of the student. |

MIRAI's head office is located at 789 Honzawai, Hamakita in Shizuoka Prefecture.
From Tokyo or Osaka: Catch the Shinkansen to Hamamatsu Station. Then
catch the train on the Entetsu line to Kobabyashi station. Mirai is a
short walk from there. It's a three storey orange coloured building.
